We know it is a large investment to buy a new Apple computer. We have a team of Apple Mac Technicians that have verified, tested and upgraded these computers to 2022 specs. This computer comes with a clean copy of Apple’s latest software, macOS 12 Monterey

Item is fully tested and in perfect working order! They are in excellent overall condition with only normal signs of wear and tear such as light scratches. It does not affect its performance. These computers work flawlessly and has been thoroughly checked prior to shipment.

Shipping
Economy shipping
For Economy shipping, there is no track number for it. Usually it will take 3-15 business days to the destination. We strongly recommend our customer to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service if you want track number or need it in rush.(Estimated within 1-7 business days with Tracking Number) .
Expedited shipping
For Expedited shipping, it takes 1-7 business days within Canada and 1-12 business days to US. We will update the track number in one or two business days.
Please note UPS do not ship to PO box address. If you want to ship to PO box address, please choose Canada Post Expedited or Express service.

Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Customer must report to us within 7 business days if the item is DOA or shipping damage.

All items can be returned within 14 business days for refund. After 14 business days, it will be exchanged only.

The 20% re-stocking fee will be applied if the part not used, non-defective upon inspection, or wrong part order.

For exchange due to the buyer ordering the wrong screen, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees.

Returns Policy
